    Tonight at 1135pm I received the confirmation of my online order...and it is now 1232AM and STILL NO FOOD!!! Nice one Jollibee!! Pathetic!! Never again!!

      Were same.. i ordered mine at 8:45pm and now its already 11:20pm, tonight... I called them for 5 times to know if what happened on my order.. they keep on telling that they will call me back after 2-5minutes but still, i didnt recieved any of their calls.. the first time i tried to call them, i dialed this hotline 888-7000 and someone answer it.. but you know what he say? He told me that thats hotline is not for jollibee.. soni tried to call this 8-7000 then they keep on promising me that i can recieved their calls after 2-5minutes... yet, i didnt recieved any of their calls and even my orders..!! >.<

    i ordered last night online using my credit card. got email confirmation at 8:30 last night. 12 hours after, my order is still undelivered. called the hotline and waited on line for almost eternity then when it was my turn the line went dead. filed email complaint last night and until now no respknse from jollibee. so disappointed and angry. they have charged my credit card for the undelivered order!!!! called again at 8 in the morning and same thing happened, the line is forever busy!!!! should have ordered from mcdonalds! will never again order from jollibee. very unprofessional, service sucks!

      Same. Ordered a while a go, got the confirmation and waited. Wth, my friends are all hungry then this stupid online delivery fucked up. We tried calling them numerous time still no response. Their hotline is always busy as fuck. Very unprofessional. Made a mistake ordering from them.

      Ordered in June 25, 2013 and they charged my card...they did not deliver the food and they said they will just refund. It is now Dec 5 and still no refund. --- jeaniestore
